Contract formation and this website

The Online Media Direct website at www.onlinemediadirect.co.uk (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Online Media Direct Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Suite 6, The Kingfisher Centre, Burnley Road, Rawtenstall, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 8EQ and whose company number is 6103468 (“OMD”).

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them and with any variations made from time to time by OMD.

OMD aims to make the Site available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but may suspend access to or restrict the availability of or your use of the Site at any time, without notice.

Use of the Site is at the risk of the user. We take no responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential loss from your use of the Site. We accept no liability for viruses infecting the user’s computer or systems following the use of the audio, video, data or text on the Site.

This agreement is governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
